Lessons

You are unique... That's what makes the symptoms (and the cure) so really confusing!

Maybe M.E. is a lesson for all of us

  • As you come to understand your own illness, you will learn that every person is different - biochemically and energetically unique. What helps one person may not help another. If one approach fails, try another (with the guidance of the therapist). Be active in taking responsibility for your own body and your own healing process.
  • There is now real evidence that the brain is one with the body and that hormones come together to do the brain's bidding. The oneness of brain and body is demonstrated as researchers find that hormones once thought to be manufactured solely in the brain, are manufactured also in the lungs, gut and endocrine glands.
